Consulting firm specializing in the healthcare supply chain
The distribution of medication requires the utmost rigor. We apply this rigor to all healthcare products at every stage: the system, the teams, and the providers.
A firm established by an executive who co-founded and ran a licensed pharmaceutical logistics establishment.
Who is it for?
-
Whether you are established in France or targeting the French market, your logistics must keep pace with your growth, with no room for approximation.
Your needs are tailored, highly specific and change fast, and your logistics partner does not always keep up: it reacts too slowly, makes execution errors, loses parcels, misunderstands you.
What we do: we help you choose the logistics partner that fits your culture, your requirements, your products and your stage of development. We then check over time that the service delivered matches the service expected.
What you gain: a responsive and reliable partner, secure shipments and a service aligned with your requirements. -
When your third-party pharmaceutical logistics partner creates work for you instead of taking it off your hands.
Non-conformities, late follow-up, recurring incidents, reports that need reworking: your teams spend their time making up for service failures.
What we do: we analyse the service to find the root cause of the problems. We redefine expectations with your logistics partner and support it through to resolution. If the relationship cannot be restored, we help you select a new partner or a second one.
What you gain: secure distribution, teams refocused on their core work, and a fallback solution ready if the situation calls for it. -
For a pharmaceutical company, good execution is no longer enough.
The requirements of pharmaceutical companies and health authorities grow stricter every year. Several weaknesses can undermine your status as a critical supplier: incomplete or poorly documented training, a quality system that does not evolve, a partial understanding of the industry’s codes.
What we do: we strengthen your GDP compliance. We train your teams and make sure training is documented. We adapt your quality system to your clients’ expectations as they change, and help you speak the language of the pharmaceutical industry.
What you gain: a stronger critical-supplier status, client audits approached with confidence, and lasting relationships with your clients. -
In clinical development, a successful shipment is one with zero deviation.
Your products are sensitive and your flows are often international. Even if you outsource logistics to a CDMO, it is up to you to check that the chosen solutions are fit for purpose. It is also up to you to demonstrate later, particularly in your marketing authorisation application, that product integrity was preserved.
What we do: we structure your transport in line with GMP and GDP requirements: choice of transport solutions, securing shipments and inter-site transfers, making flows more reliable, building the evidence you will need. If an incident occurs, we help you handle it and learn from it.
What you gain: controlled flows, designed to prevent loss, breakage and temperature excursions, and traceability you can demonstrate.
Our areas of expertise
Distribution strategy
Community pharmacy, hospital, French overseas territories, export: each channel has its own rules and pitfalls. Your distribution system must be designed before it is outsourced, not after. We build with you the architecture that secures every workflow, through to go-live.
GDP compliance and skills development
Compliance is won in the warehouse and on the dock, not in the binder. Audit to qualify, be audited: every player must be trained for it. We bring your teams and sites up to the required standard.
Provider audit and qualification
A provider qualified on paper is not a provider under control. We audit and qualify the players in your ecosystem so that your supply chain holds up in the field, not just in contracts.
Independence: we receive no commission from the providers we recommend, and any conflict of interest is disclosed before each engagement.
Why trust us?

Experience from the field: over 30 years in supply chain and logistics, 25 of them in the pharmaceutical industry.
Jérôme CHAVANT co-founded and led for thirteen years a licensed pharmaceutical establishment providing third-party pharmaceutical logistics and secondary packaging, across four temperature ranges. After its integration into a European group, he ran its French subsidiary, which grew to 47 people. A former supply chain director at a specialty pharmaceutical company, he knows GDP from the side of those who apply it, face inspections and are accountable for it.
Independence: we receive no commission from the providers we recommend, and any conflict of interest is disclosed before each engagement.
